The general organization for free zones and the company of (Almyri & George) have both signed a contract to set a branch of free zones in the governorate of Alhasakeh- Alyaroubia near the border with Iraq.
The contract is with number 5/b dated 06-04-2006 estimated at 949.148.127 s.p and on area of 1030000m2. the execution period 16 months. The location has been delivered to the contractor on 24-06-2006 The project has completed the following steps, by the end of 21/8/2007.

1 - the administration building finishing the latest shaping work، isolating the basement، electricity، hydro pipes، and daubery as 90% of the total work of the southern، western and northern fronts to be covered with rattraps. 30% of slab in the basement، 70% of the first floor and 40% of conditioning work are all done.
2 - workers buildings ( three floors) structural work of body and block، installing the marble for doors and windows are 80% finished. Electricity pre-work، the inner daubery finished and ceramic are 90% done. Slab، paint، and external daubery are 60% done.
3 - fire fighting center a special water tank، external isolation، whole body structure، pre-work electricity and the inner daubery are 70% done. Rattrap covering 90%. Paint and slab in the basement are 50% done .
4 - the shade ( 5150m2) the whole body work is already done .the inner and the external daubery plus the isolation of the ceiling are 50% done.
5 - the check hall 90% of columns are made. Finishing the structural work for the control room، diffusing the first، second and the third seal. Starting block work for the first and the second seal. Starting the inner daubery.
6 - the general warehouse finishing the grounding. Starting diffusing the concrete. Diffusing the columns. The surrounded walls beside the walk side. Building the control room (block).  The first، second and the third seal of the ceiling is diffused. Starting the inner daubery and painting.
7 - the transformation centers (14) body، daubery، diffusing the ground with concrete، metal work، paint for 7 centers، installing the generators، the room of balance and the room of delivering the goods.
8 - the inner and the outer fence 90% of daubery from the inner side of the fence، rattraps covering of the external gate and the administrative room. Daubery from the outer side of the fence.
9 - treatement station 90% of it is already done.
10 - the well digging and covering the well
11 - the canal of water declension 95% of the structural work is done .
12 - installing the cables، the lights columns، low tension cables 75%. Ironing 80%
13 - telephone net 80%
14 - 95% of water declension pipes in general.
15 - the net of the drinking water and
the  fire fighting .
16 - irregation pipes .
17 - the high reservoir : body and daubery.
