FAIZEAL Inspection Room: Every shipment must pass the data

Quality issues in magnetic assemblies are usually invisible — uneven surface flux distribution, pole-angle errors after magnetization, insufficient bonding strength, residual unbalance in rotating parts. They cannot be seen by eye, yet they directly affect torque, vibration, noise, and service life in the customer’s final machine. The inspection room exists to expose these issues before shipment, not on the customer’s line.

Inspection covers incoming, in-process, and final checks, with five core capabilities:

Tensile / pull testing: validates bonding and press-fit strength between magnets and back-irons or sleeves against drawing requirements.

Dynamic balancing: measures and corrects residual unbalance of motor rotors and rotating assemblies to control vibration and noise.

Torque testing: verifies rated torque of magnetic couplings and rotors, preventing slip or loss of synchronism in service.

Automatic surface-flux distribution measurement: scans magnetized parts point by point to verify pole count, pole pitch, waveform, and uniformity — the most direct evidence of magnetization quality.

2.5D vision measurement: non-contact dimensional, angular, and positional checks against drawing tolerances for batch consistency.
